Merle Ballaigues is President of Thomas International in North America and currently manages Thomas operations in Canada and the United States. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate consulting and sales management and leads a team of senior Thomas consultants who support a wide variety of national and multi-national accounts across many industries. Merle regularly consults Thomas clients on development of their senior leadership teams as well as facilitating Thomas Job Benchmarking studies. Prior to her current role, Merle served as the Vice President, Business Development for Thomas International Management Systems. She holds a Teacher’s Certificate from the Natal College, South Africa and spent the early years of her career as a secondary school teacher. Mr. Chevalier has over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management and executive management. Craig started his career with Ingram and Bell Medical and held a variety of progressive sales responsibilities for over 13 years. Mr. Chevalier was national sales manager for white Cross Surgical and Founder/ President of Alcor Group (health care products). Craig has worked in the health care products, sports promotion, consulting and the marine industries. He is also the Co-Founder and a Director of the Bluffers’s Park marina, one of Toronto’s largest waterfront marina complexes.

Gabriel A. Nicoletti is a security industry veteran with over 20 years experience in sales, training and senior management. Gabriel has worked in manufacturing and as a Senior Key Account Manager North America, VP and General Manager for an industry-leading company and President of his own enterprise. Kit holds undergraduate and graduate degrees majoring in psychology and counseling. He has worked as a clinical psychologist, a school counselor, a supervisor in the food and beverage industry and as a salesperson and sales manager for a major communications company.
He has earned both the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association … which made Kit the first person to hold both these designations and therefore the world’s first CCSSPP!! (try saying that quickly!!).
In December, 2000 he was inducted into the Canadian Speaker Hall of Fame as its 10th member. Kit served as 2001-2002 World President and Chair of the Executive Council of the International Federation for Professional Speakers which included the National Associations of Australia, The Baltics, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and the USA.
In July, 2005, Kit received the International Ambassador award for service to the speaking industry worldwide. He is only the 8th person to receive this award in the past 25 years.

Fluently-bilingual (and functional in Spanish), Louise has worked with the full range of companies (small to Fortune 500) and is versatile with all levels of decision-makers. A graduate of Concordia University in business, customer service has always been a primary focus for her. DAN EDGAR (Halifax, NS)
Dan Edgar began his sales career in industry automation, after graduating from Dalhousie University in Halifax with majors in Mathematics and Engineering. In 1987 Dan joined Learning International (formerly Xerox Learning Systems) to learn more about the “human machine”. Later he acted as Vice President of Corporate Development before joining Franklin Quest (now Franklin-Covey).
